Personal Info: Name, Phone Number, Email Address (for login and order processing). Consultation Data: Date, Time, and Place of Birth. Note: This data is processed strictly to generate Vedic astrological charts (Kundli) and is NOT shared with third parties for marketing. Shipping Info: Address for delivering physical products from our Shop.

2. App Permissions (Why we need them)

To provide features like "Talk/Chat with Astrologer", the AstroUpaayam App requires:

Microphone: Required to facilitate real-time voice consultations with astrologers. Storage: Required to allow you to download PDF reports and invoices. Camera: Required only if you opt for a Video Call or wish to upload a profile picture. Notifications: To alert you when an astrologer replies to your chat.

3. Payment Security

We DO NOT store your Credit/Debit card numbers or UPI PINs. All payments are processed through secure PCI-DSS compliant gateways.

4. Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your account or data, please email us at moksh@mokshyogi.com. We will process the request within 7 working days.
