Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy
At AstroUpaayam (MokshYogi), we strive for customer satisfaction. Given the nature of our digital and physical offerings, our policy is as follows:
SECTION A: REFUND POLICY
1. For Digital Services (Consultations/Reports):
No Refunds: Once a consultation (Call/Chat) is connected and advice is delivered, or a digital report is generated, no refund will be issued. Technical Failure: If payment is deducted but the service is not delivered due to a technical glitch (e.g., call disconnected immediately), a full refund will be processed to the user's wallet or source account. Consultant No-Show: If you book a slot and the astrologer does not join, a 100% refund is initiated.
2. For Physical Products (Gemstones/Books):
Returns: Accepted ONLY if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photos at moksh@mokshyogi.com. Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
3. Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds are credited back to the original source of payment within 5-7 business days.
SECTION B: SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
1. Shipping Scope: We ship physical products (Books, Yantras, Gemstones) across India via reputed courier partners.
2. Processing Time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.
3. Estimated Delivery Time:
Metro Cities: 3-5 working days. Rest of India: 5-7 working days. Remote/J&K/North East: 7-10 working days.
4. Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via Email/SMS.
