This platform (AstroUpaayam Website and Mobile App) is operated by MokshYogi. By accessing mahaupaayam.com or downloading our App, you agree to these terms. MokshYogi ("We", "Us") provides astrological consultation via chat/call, educational courses via MokshVidyapeetham, and spiritual products (Books, Gemstones).

2. Disclaimer (Crucial - Please Read)

Guidance Only: Services provided (Chat/Call/Reports) are based on behavioral analysis and ancient Vedic principles. We DO NOT guarantee the accuracy of predictions or specific outcomes. Results vary from person to person.

No Superstition: We strictly DO NOT practice, promote, or encourage black magic, vashikaran, evil eye removal, or any activity that claims supernatural miracles. Our remedies are limited to lifestyle changes, meditation, and prayers.

3. App & Website Usage

Connectivity: For "Talk to Astrologer" features, you are responsible for ensuring stable internet connectivity. We are not liable for call drops due to network issues on the user's end.

User Conduct: You agree not to use abusive language with consultants. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misconduct.

4. Wallet & Payments

Prepaid Services: Consultation fees are deducted from your wallet per minute.

Charges: You are responsible for any data charges incurred while using the App.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
